What if I do not like the fabric I ordered?
There are no returns allowed. If you are unsure about what you are ordering, please order a sample. We Guarantee the quality of our fabric and we Guarantee that we will ship the correct item.
What if there is a flaw or defect with the fabric order I received?
We carefully inspect each fabric as your order is processed to make sure it is defect free. However, if you find any defect in our fabric notify us within 10 days of receiving the fabric and we will be happy to exchange for the same amount of the same fabric by using the following procedure;
Please email an image of the problem to customerservice@housefabric.com. Please describe the problem. You will then have the following options;
1.       We can work something out to work around the problem.
2.       We will mail you a prepaid shipping label to return the fabric. As soon as we receive the fabric back, we will reship your order. This will all be at no cost to you
3.       If you want us to reship your order at once, we must create a new duplicate order and charge your account. We will include with your replacement shipment a prepaid shipping return label. When we receive the problem fabric back, we will issue a full credit for the duplicate order.
Please note; No claims or returns are allowed on cut fabric.
What if I received the wrong fabric?
We double check that we ship the correct fabric, but, sometimes we make a mistake. If you believe we sent the wrong fabric, please use the following procedure;
Please email an image of the fabric to customerservice@housefabric.com or mail us a small swatch. We want to be sure that we do not reship the wrong fabric twice. You will then have the following options;
1.       We will mail you a prepaid shipping label to return the fabric. As soon as we receive the fabric back, we will reship your order. This will all be at no cost to you
2.       If you want us to reship your order at once, we must create a new duplicate order and charge your account. We will include with your replacement shipment a prepaid shipping return label. When we receive the wrong fabric back, we will issue a full credit for the duplicate order.

What if my package arrived damaged?
If your package arrives looking damaged, carefully open it from the other end of the roll and inspect the fabric. If the fabric is damaged, save the wrapper for the shipping company's inspection. We will exchange any fabric damaged by the shipping company in accordance with the shipping company's procedures and authorization.

What if my fabric is lost?
It is extremely rare for a shipment to be lost.

HouseFabric.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

 

The delivery person may leave packages at residential addresses without obtaining a signature. If you didn't receive your delivery, thoroughly check the area of your residence, including:

Under the doormat

In the bushes

Between the doors

In window wells

With your housemates and neighbors

Under the garage door

Alternate entrances

Along the fence

The office for apartment complexes

 What if I received the wrong sample?
           If you received the wrong sample, please email an image of what you received to tawnya@housefabric.com . Please include your name and order number. We will reship the correct sample at no charge to you.
